SECTION/RULE §350.831 - Assistive Technology

The interdisciplinary team must address assistive technology needs as part of the comprehensive needs assessment. This may be accomplished by:(1) a review of assistive technology needs by qualified therapist as part of the evaluation; or(2) administration of a screening tool which includes a review of the child's functioning and needs for assistance in positioning, mobility, communication, and play.
