SECTION/RULE §350.1107 - Group Services for Children

(a) Group services must be:(1) recommended by the interdisciplinary team and documented on the IFSP only when participating in the group will assist the child to reach the goals in the IFSP;(2) planned as part of an IFSP that also contains individual services; and(3) limited to no more than four children and their parent(s) or other routine caregiver(s) per service provider.(b) When early childhood intervention services are provided in a group setting, the parent or other routine caregiver must participate in group services.
