SECTION/RULE §356.608 - Access to Services for People with Limited English Proficiency
Chapter Review Date 06/21/2024

A center must:(1) serve people with limited English proficiency and take reasonable steps to ensure meaningful access to the program; and(2) develop, maintain, and comply with written policies and procedures for the access and delivery of services to people with limited English proficiency.
