SECTION/RULE §356.615 - Confidentiality Agreements

A center must have all employees, volunteers, board members, student interns, and adult residents and adult nonresidents sign a confidentiality agreement. The agreement must have a provision that states that confidentiality must be maintained after an employee, volunteer, board member, student intern, resident, or nonresident leaves the center. The signed agreements must be placed:(1) in the personnel files of the employees;(2) in the corporate records of the board members; and(3) in the individual files of volunteers, student interns, residents, and nonresidents.
