SECTION/RULE §356.620 - Release of Resident or Nonresident Information

(a) The center may release information, orally or in writing, only if it first obtains a written release of information from the resident or nonresident.(b) Regardless of whether a written release of information from a resident or nonresident is obtained, the center must release information in order to comply with the applicable state laws to report abuse or suspected abuse of:(1) children;(2) the elderly; and(3) people with disabilities.
