SECTION/RULE §356.635 - Content of Training for Non-Direct Service Volunteers

A center must provide non-direct service volunteers with:(1) a basic orientation of the duties they perform;(2) the center's policies and procedures regarding confidentiality; and(3) at a minimum, basic information about the organization's mission, philosophy, and policies.
