A contractor must provide training to employees, board members, volunteers who have access to personally identifying information, and interns on:(1) confidentiality policies and procedures;(2) the importance of confidentiality for victims of family violence;(3) how information is recorded; and(4) state and federal laws regarding confidentiality.
