SECTION/RULE §356.1408 - Texas Department of Family and Protective Services' (DFPS) Child Care Licensing Permit

A contractor that provides child care that is subject to DFPS regulation under 40 TAC Chapter 743 (relating to Minimum Standards for Shelter Care) must comply with the requirements of that chapter and any other relevant law, including relevant sections of Chapter 42, Human Resources Code and 40 TAC Chapter 745 (relating to Licensing).
