SECTION/RULE §356.901 - Internal Monitoring System

A contractor must develop, maintain, and comply with a written internal monitoring system to evaluate the following:(1) the quality of the special project's services;(2) the accuracy of the fiscal and programmatic documentation; and(3) compliance with the policies and procedures specified in the contractor's contract with the Health and Human Services Commission.
