SECTION/RULE §356.1603 - Internal Monitoring System

A center must develop, maintain, and comply with a written internal monitoring system to evaluate:(1) quality of the center's required program participant services;(2) accuracy of the fiscal and programmatic documentation; and(3) compliance with the policies and procedures specified in the center's contract with the Health and Human Services Commission.
