SECTION/RULE §356.1903 - Security Policies and Procedures

A center must develop, maintain, and comply with written policies and procedures to promote the safety and security of program participants, employees, and volunteers. These policies and procedures must address:(1) an intruder on the property, such as a batterer;(2) assaults;(3) bomb threats;(4) threatening telephone calls;(5) natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires);(6) evacuations;(7) power outages; and(8) technology safety and data security.
