(a) Individuals seeking independent living services are referred to the local service provider.(b) If an individual calls DARS to request independent living services, DARS:(1) gives the individual the contact information for the service provider;(2) obtains the individual's permission to forward the individual's name and contact information to the service provider; and(3) forwards the individual's name and contact information.
