HHSC funds must not be used to pay for any portion of the required cost share. To the extent that the family or child is entitled to insurance-payment for services or receives payment for services from other governmental programs, third-party payers, or other private sources, HHSC funds must not be used to pay for the services until all other methods of payment have been applied.
