SECTION/RULE §359.201 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this division is to establish an order of selection for payment of services that may be used when funds are insufficient to serve all eligible children.(b) The public may contact DARS DBS at any local office to inquire if DARS DBS is operating under provisions of this division and to inquire about the expenditure category at which DARS DBS is operating.
