(a) In accordance with Government Code, §57.023, DARS prepares court interpreter examinations under this division that test an applicant's knowledge, skill, and efficiency in interpreting court proceedings.(b) DHHS determines content and format for examinations on legal and court procedure skills and knowledge and administers the examinations to applicants.
