(a) Program review activities will be accomplished through monitoring systems developed to ensure the delivery of appropriate services.(b) At least annually, the department shall review and determine the continued need for the services it provides directly in accordance with the methods and procedures used to make the initial determination prescribed by the Act and these sections.(c) The department will require providers to report information on service delivery as required by Health and Safety Code, Chapter 31, and the Primary Health Care Services Policy Manual.
