SECTION/RULE §364.7 - Provider Reimbursement for Primary Health Care Services

(a) The department will reimburse providers for services rendered in accordance with the contracts between the providers and the department. The department shall pay only valid claims submitted according to the terms of the providers' contracts.(b) Except for prescription drugs covered under Medicare, Part D, primary health care providers will be reimbursed for services delivered to presumptively eligible clients.
