SECTION/RULE §366.9 - Notification to Applicants of Ineligibility

(a) An individual found ineligible for the WIC Program shall be notified in writing of the reason or reasons for ineligibility.(b) The notification shall inform the applicant or parent, caretaker, or guardian of a participant that he or she has a right to a fair hearing.
