SECTION/RULE §374.3 - Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

The following entities are eligible to apply for a grant:(1) a hospital licensed under Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 241;(2) a mental hospital licensed under Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 577;(3) a hospital district;(4) a local mental health authority, as defined in Texas Health and Safety Code §571.003;(5) a child-care facility, as defined in Texas Human Resources Code §42.002;(6) a county or municipality; and(7) a nonprofit organization that is exempt from taxation under §501(a), Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as an exempt entity described in §501(c)(3) of that code.
