SUBCHAPTER D - OPERATIONAL AND CLINICAL STANDARDS FOR THE PROVISION AND COORDINATION OF TREATMENT AND SERVICES
SECTION/RULE §503.32 - Organizational Structure and Delegation of Authority

(a) A center shall establish a written organizational structure which shall clearly define the lines of authority and the delegation of responsibility for professional and nonprofessional staff.(b) The center shall appoint an administrator and a clinical director. The administrator and clinical director may be the same person and may be the owner.(1) The administrator shall be responsible for implementing and supervising the operational policies of the center.(2) The clinical director shall be responsible for implementing the clinical policies of the center.(c) The owner of a center is responsible for ensuring total compliance with the Act and the provisions of this chapter.
