SECTION/RULE §503.47 - Procedures for Drugs and Biologicals

(a) Drugs and biologicals must be handled and stored in a safe and effective manner in accordance with written policies and procedures established by the center and state and federal laws.(b) Drugs must be administered according to established written policies and procedures and accepted standards of practice, in accordance with state and federal laws.
