SECTION/RULE §508.28 - Confidentiality

Request for information and access to records are governed by the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code, Chapter 552.(1) A written request for information is required. The request shall sufficiently identify the information requested.(2) The department may ask for a clarification if it cannot reasonably understand a particular request.
