(a) The facility shall follow the requirements in 25 TAC Chapter 131, Subchapter F (relating to Fire Prevention and Safety Requirements).(b) The facility shall submit emergency and disaster information to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) using the HHSC Emergency/Disaster Notification form located on HHSC's website.(c) The facility shall obtain an annual fire safety inspection from the local fire authority in whose jurisdiction the facility is based.
