(a) The limited services rural hospital (LSRH) shall adopt, implement, train, and enforce written policies to ensure all provided services are consistent with accepted professional standards and practice and compliance in accordance with applicable federal and state law.(b) The LSRH must develop policies with the advice of members of the LSRH's professional health care staff, including:(1) one or more physicians; and(2) one or more of the following if they are on staff under the provisions of Code of Federal Regulations
