SECTION/RULE §52.27 - Provisional Contract

(a) To obtain a contract for a service or program for which a person does not have a contract, or a contract in a service or catchment area in which the person does not have a contract, the person must apply for a provisional contract in accordance with §49.203 of this subchapter (relating to Provisional Contract Application Process) and §49.204 of this subchapter (relating to Additional Provisional Contract Application Requirements).(b) HHSC may require that a contract be limited to a single facility or single service or catchment area.
