SECTION/RULE §52.231 - Contractors Not Subject to Certain Portions of Subchapter E

(a) Divisions 2 and 3 of this subchapter (relating to Immediate Protection; and Actions) do not apply to a contractor that has a contract for the HCS Program or the TxHmL Program.(b) Section 49.523 of this subchapter (relating to Referral Hold) does not apply to a contractor that has a contract for hospice.
