SECTION/RULE §52.351 - Contractor's Right to Appeal

(a) A contractor may appeal a sanction, as described in §49.531(a) of this subchapter (relating to Sanction by HHSC), proposed or imposed by HHSC.(b) To appeal a sanction proposed or imposed by HHSC, a contractor must request an administrative hearing in accordance with 1 TAC §357.484 (relating to Request for a Hearing).
