SECTION/RULE §550.2 - Scope

Chapter Review Date (a) This chapter establishes the minimum standards necessary to promote the health, safety, and welfare of a minor served and to ensure that a center ensures the provision of medical, nursing, psychosocial, therapeutic, and developmental services to a minor, and meets the caregiver training needs of a minor's parent. The standards are the basis for inspection activities for licensure.(b) For purposes of this chapter, "at a center" and "at the center" includes the premises of the center and vehicles used for transportation, if transportation is provided by the center.
