SECTION/RULE §550.4 - Compliance

Chapter Review Date (a) A center must maintain satisfactory compliance with THSC Chapter 248A and this chapter to maintain licensure.(b) To the extent of any conflict between the standards in this chapter and a standard required in a local, county, or municipal ordinance, this chapter controls.
