SECTION/RULE §550.204 - Billing and Insurance Claims

Chapter Review Date A center must adopt and enforce a written policy that includes procedures:(1) to ensure that the center submits accurate billing and insurance claims; and(2) to prevent, detect, and report fraud, waste, and abuse.
