SECTION/RULE §550.506 - Rehabilitative Services

Chapter Review Date (a) A center must ensure the provision of rehabilitative services based on the needs of a minor, in accordance with a plan of care and as ordered by a minor's prescribing physician.(b) The center must ensure rehabilitative services provided at a center are overseen by a licensed or certified qualified professional staff as specified in §550.411 of this subchapter (relating to Rehabilitative and Ancillary Professional Staff and Qualifications).(c) The center must ensure that an individual providing rehabilitative services in a center:(1) actively participates in the coordination of a minor's care, in accordance with accepted standards of practice; and(2) participates in ongoing interdisciplinary comprehensive assessments, and in developing and evaluating the plan of care.
