SECTION/RULE §550.706 - Laboratory Services

Chapter Review Date If a center provides laboratory services, then the center must adopt and enforce a written policy to ensure that the center meets the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act, 42 United States Code Annotated, §263a (CLIA 1988).
