SECTION/RULE §550.906 - Examination of Inspection Results

Chapter Review Date (a) A center must make available to any person on request a copy of each HHSC written notification of the inspection results pertaining to the center.(b) Before making the inspection results available under this subsection, the center must redact from the report any information that is confidential under other state or federal law.
