SECTION/RULE §550.1209 - Toileting Facilities

Chapter Review Date (a) A center must provide toileting facilities appropriately accessible to persons with disabilities and age appropriate in design with hand-washing stations.(b) A center must have separate toilet facilities for minors, staff, and visitors.(c) A center must install a hand-washing station in each play area, classroom, and therapy room or area.
