SECTION/RULE §550.1215 - Garbage

Chapter Review Date (a) A center must store garbage, rubbish, and trash in an area separate from the areas used for the preparation and storage of food. A center must remove garbage, trash, and rubbish from the premises and sanitize the containers regularly.(b) A center must meet the sanitation requirements in §550.210 of this chapter (relating to Sanitation, Housekeeping, and Linens).
