Chapter Review Date (a) A center must maintain an adequate supply of water, under pressure at all times. When a public water system is available, the center must ensure it is connected to the public water system. If the center uses water from a source other than a public water supply, the center must ensure that the water supply meets the rules issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.(b) A center must have a plan and policy for an alternative water supply in the event of interruption of water supply and the temporary loss of water to the center.
