SECTION/RULE §550.1222 - Sewage

Chapter Review Date A center must ensure that sewage is disposed of by a public system or an approved sewage disposal system constructed and operated to conform with the standards established for systems by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and in accordance with sanitation requirements in §550.210 of this chapter (relating to Sanitation, Housekeeping, and Linens).
