SECTION/RULE §551.72 - Maintenance (All Facilities)

(a) Walls, doors, and ceilings must be maintained free from holes, cracks, falling plaster or paint, and must be cleaned and painted.(b) Paint or plaster inside the building that contains lead must be removed or covered so that it is not accessible to the residents.(c) All abandoned utilities such as electrical wiring, ducts, and pipes must be removed from the facility when no longer usable.
