When Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) staff determine that a facility is out of compliance with licensure rules to a degree that places the facility at risk of the imposition of licensing actions, HHSC may send a warning letter to the facility. The warning letter notifies the facility that the violations of licensing rules must be corrected.
