SECTION/RULE §551.287 - Licensed Capacity

When a facility provides respite care:(1) the total number of individuals receiving services in the facility must not exceed the licensed capacity of the facility; and(2) any required staff to resident ratio will include any individual receiving respite care services regardless of the number of hours in the facility.
