SECTION/RULE §552.15 - Construction of This Chapter

In all deliberations, the Texas Department of Human Services (department) will construe this chapter in order to assure quality-of-care standards for the long-term care facilities in the State of Texas and to enforce federal and state standards and regulations governing the Title XVIII Medicare Program and the Title XIX Medical Assistance Program.
