SECTION/RULE §553.351 - When may HHSC take an enforcement action?

HHSC may take enforcement action when a facility is in violation of:(1) the sections of this chapter;(2) the Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 247;(3) an order adopted under Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 247; or(4) a license issued under Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 247.
