SECTION/RULE §553.567 - Who does HHSC notify if all or part of a facility is closed?

Chapter Review Date 02/02/2023

If all or part of a facility is closed, HHSC notifies:(1) the local health department director;(2) the city or county health authority; and(3) representatives of the appropriate state agencies.
