SECTION/RULE §553.577 - What requirements must the facility a resident chooses for relocation meet?

The following apply when a resident chooses a facility for relocation:(1) The facility must be in good standing with HHSC.(2) If the facility is certified under 42 United States Code, Chapter 7, Subchapters XVIII and XIX, it must be in good standing under its contract.(3) The facility must be able to meet the needs of the resident.
