SECTION/RULE §554.206 - Increase in Capacity

(a) During the license term, a license holder may not increase capacity without approval from the Texas Department of Human Services (DHS). The license holder must submit to DHS a complete application for increase in capacity and the fee required in §19.216 of this title (relating to License Fees).(b) Upon approval of an increase in capacity, DHS will issue a new license.
