SECTION/RULE §554.2318 - Computation of Daily Reimbursement Rate for Recipients with Applied Income

(a) Reimbursement is computed by multiplying the established daily rate by the number of days in the month. The recipient's applied income is then subtracted and the result is divided by the number of days in the month.(b) A facility may not collect more than the applied income reported on the payment plan form in a 31-day month.
