SECTION/RULE §555.40 - Reinstatement

An applicant who previously was licensed and in good standing in Texas may obtain a new license without taking the examination required by §555.18 of this chapter (relating to Examinations and Requirements to Take the Examinations) if the applicant:(1) is licensed in good standing in another state;(2) practiced in that state for at least the preceding two years before the date of the current licensure application; and(3) pays HHSC a reactivation fee through the online portal.
