SECTION/RULE §558.202 - Habilitation

(a) An agency may provide habilitation.(b) An agency that provides habilitation must provide habilitation in accordance with this chapter, including any licensure standards in Subchapter D of this chapter (relating to Additional Standards Specific to License Category and Specific to Special Services) that apply to the categories of service designated on the agency's license.
