SECTION/RULE §558.302 - Pronouncement of Death

An agency must adopt and enforce a written policy on pronouncement of death, if that function is carried out by an agency RN. The policy must comply with Texas Health and Safety Code §671.001 (relating to Standard Used in Determining Death).
