SECTION/RULE §558.603 - Court Action

(a) If a person operates an agency without a license issued under this chapter, the person is liable for a civil penalty of not less than $1,000 or more than $2,500 for each day of violation.(b) If a person violates the licensing requirements of the Statute, HHSC may petition the district court to restrain the person from continuing the violation.
